1. Set your goals & meet your coach

We start with a personal intake session, where you’ll meet your dedicated coach and define your goals. Why do you want this? What happens if nothing changes? Together, we map out your vision for the year and the next 3 months. We'll identify possible obstacles and create clear action steps and deadlines. This forms your personal action plan.

2. Group Kick-off

Your program starts with a warm group kick-off at Ongekend Gezond. You’ll meet your fellow participants, your trainers, and the experts guiding you throughout this journey.

We’ll walk you through the full 100-day structure: what to expect in training, how group coaching sessions work, and how we’ll track your progress with joint measurements.
This is also your chance to ask questions and begin your transformation with clarity and energy.

3. Insight & analysis – together

After the kick-off, we dive deeper into your personal situation during group sessions. You’ll reflect on your health, fitness level, goals and challenges, supported by your group.

We use blood tests, body scans, fitness assessments and lifestyle conversations to build a full picture — physically and mentally. These shared insights lay the foundation for your personal health plan.

4. Extend your personalised health plan

With a full picture of your situation, we co-create your plan in group brainstorm sessions. You’ll work alongside your coach and peers to define practical next steps.

We look at movement, nutrition, recovery, stress management, and any specific needs identified during testing. Your plan is realistic, personal and powerful — so you can get results without extra stress.

5. Train together — grow together

Now the real work begins. You’ll train together, 2–3 times per week, in our high-end studio with expert guidance. The training is personal, the setting is supportive, and the energy is shared.

Group dynamics make all the difference: you'll lift each other up, stay accountable, and celebrate every step forward — together.

6. Monthly progress tracking & coaching

Every month, we check in as a group to track progress. We go over the data, reflect on your wins and struggles, and adapt the plan where needed.

These coaching sessions are also moments for sharing insights, asking questions, and staying inspired. With this ongoing feedback loop, you stay focused and get the most out of your 100-day journey.
