    1. Clear insights & analysis

    We begin with a 2-hour in-depth kickoff session to map out your current situation, goals and the steps needed to get there. This includes comprehensive assessments like blood and gut testing, as well as a 3D body scan using the Scaneca. You’ll gain insight into fat and muscle distribution, hydration balance, and metabolic age — all helping us track your progress and build the most effective plan.

    2. Your personalised health plan

    Based on the data, we design a hyper-personalised plan fully tailored to your life. It includes nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, stress management and purpose — all integrated into your routine in a way that reduces stress, not adds to it. This approach ensures consistency and real-world results.

    3. Treatment & recovery

    Our multidisciplinary team — including mylogenics practitioners, an orthomolecular therapist and nutrition experts — offers hands-on treatments and targeted support to address and prevent issues like chronic pain, injuries, gut imbalances or sleep problems.

    4. Personal training & coaching

    You’ll train 2 to 3 times per week in our high-end personal training studio in Madestein — a calm and inspiring space where comfort, focus and personal attention come together. We work purposefully toward your goals using top-tier equipment, tailored exercises and real connection.
